Shipping
All orders will be shipped asap - but please remember it's just me on this end! Things should begin to make their way over within a week.
Shipping costs vary, and are as follows,
UK - FREE (yay!)
EUROPE (excluding uk) - £3.35
EVERYWHERE ELSE - £4.20
Everything will be sent via Royal Mail, and I don't offer tracked shipping.
Preffered Name!
If you have a preffered name for me to use on your thank you note, which doesn't match the name for the shipping, please let me know in the additional notes before you place your order! If you forget, or would like to add anything else, please reach out on Twitter as I'll probably respond quickest over there!
Refunds/Returns
As this isn't even really a small business, I'm not able to handle refunds and returns of any kind - sorry! If you have trouble with your order (missing, damaged etc etc) please contact me either via Twitter, or here via the contact page, and I will do my best to remedy the situation. What I can do is limited, so please bear that mind.
